Cancellation Policy: Refunds are given for meeting registrations ONLY. Cancellations received in writing on or before February 25, 2025, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received in writing between February 26 – March 12 will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given after March 12.
